This is a late review of Kat. We were looking for a cabin in the Overgaard area in 2011. We contacted Kat on a Monday (labor day) at she got right back to us. She sent us pictures of places we might be interest in and met with her the following Saturday. She showed us 6 properties and bought the first place she showed us in 4 hours. She listened to what we wanted and handled everything. What a great experience. Have recommended our friends to her and they are under contract now. They are having the same experience (of course).
